Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz : ウィキペディア英語版 | Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz (born October 26, 1970, Warsaw) is the Ambassador of Poland to Russia, who succeeded Wojciech Zajączkowski in the fall of 2014. She became the first female ambassador of Poland in Moscow since the establishment of Poland–Russia relations between the Polish Kingdom and the Principality of Moscow in the 16th century. Pełczyńska-Nałęcz previously served as the Undersecretary of State in the Polish Foreign Ministry. ==Life== Pełczyńska-Nałęcz graduated from the Institute of Sociology of the Warsaw University in 1994.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title =Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs will become a new Polish ambassador to Russia )〕 Then she worked at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.〔 Later she became the deputy director and the head of the Russian Department at the Center for Eastern Studies.〔 In an interview to a Russian news agency, Pełczyńska-Nałęcz said the return of the wreck of the Polish presidential aircraft which crashed in 2010 would have "a symbolic significance for Poland".
